    JAL 787 from Tokyo to Boston, ran out of all most all food meal selections (and i was in row 7, so far from the last to be served). Seemed to have too few flight attendants to properly serve the business class cabin. Breakfast service was totally inadaquate (raw omlet, not even an attempt to cook it).

    Narita longue was jammed full.
    seat didn’t have full-flat recline, even on their newest flagship 787 service. Was expecting way more from JAL.
