Recently flew KUL – NRT – ORD on JL. I’ve done many miles with different airlines on various types of planes in different cabin classes across different continents of the world….never have I felt so hot (not warm) on a flight. On this first-time JL experience, I was only in my jeans and t-shirt – and I was perspiring.

    Anyone has had similar experience?

    Service was great though 🙂

Had the same experience and they did make the cabin cooler after I pestered them. 777 seems to be really bad in this respect, regardless of carrier….

Funnily enough, I just had a 7 hour deep freeze on an Etihad 777.

Fortunately, I’d packed a thin, but warm , merino sweater – others weren’t so lucky and were turning blue in their short sleeved shirts.
