Is Putin in in Hong Kong ?

    Putin has 4X Ilyushin Il-96-300 aircraft in the presidential fleet.

    Apparently he chooses himself which of the 4 to take on any trip the day before he flys.

    One of this fleet landed in Hong Kong ex Ho Chi Min at 6.08 pm this evening.

    The previous flight of this aircraft was Moscow to Bruni a few days ago.

    Just wondering is it worthwhile to pop down to Wanchai tonight for an autograph ?
