British Airways 241 American Express Voucher – Is it just me?

    3 times this year, I have used a BA 241 voucher for flights to the USA, with a return in First class. 3 times I have received a notice of change saying I have been downgraded to Club World in advance of the flight. Is this happening to everybody?

    I have received no compensation nor Avios back in any case, and even on 1 flight, from Houston, I found, on checking in, that there actually was a First class cabin, but no room for us!
