Hi guys,

I was wondering if any of you knows how’s the IB long-haul planes refurbishment going. I am flying to EZE next month and IB is way cheaper than BA in J. Their planes are awful (don’t even have IFE in Y) and won’t book with them unless they refurbished the cabin. I tried to call them but customer service didn’t even know of what I was talking about (really embarrassing). The plane is an Airbus 346. Thank you!

Hi Luca if you are travelling in J this will be easy to identify through the customer service staff. Ask if the J cabin is 6 across (2-2-2) or -1-2-1, which represents the new seating.

It is pretty poor however that IB market facing staff have no idea of their product offering – indicating poor training & incompetent management.
