    I don’t think I have ever walked into a filthier lounge than here at BCN today. Virtually every side table stacked high with plates and glasses. Could have taken about 20 other similar pictures…..

    Standard excuse… ‘we are short staffed’ – but to the credit of the lounge dragon (who agreed & was embarrassed) she came round from behind her desk and helped to clear up.
