    Guys, FOIA does not apply here. It only applies to public bodies or private companies exercising a public function.

    DPA does not help you here either. That only covers information held on you by an airline, not wider information about the company or its operations.

    TOH and bananas – you’re only step now is to go to small claims court.

    ….unless of course TOH correspondence has been linked to the incident, then DPA may be useful.

    TOH: congratulations for having the determination to follow up on Monarch’s obfuscations….there should be a multiplier that doubles, trebles, (or more) compensations when they are shown to be based on nonsense..

    Keep up the good work that you are doing for all of us !

    I thought that Monarch are now being taken over…if this is so then I’m not surprised..
