Does anyone have historical frequent flyer program redemption grids for U.S. and European airlines? In the United States I am looking for Delta and United; in Europe, British Airways, Air France and Lufthansa – for the time period 2007 through 2012. Does anyone have examples/copies of these mileage point grids? I am looking at the evolution of frequent flyer programs in that period, so for example it would be nice to see DL and UA in 2007, and both carriers again in 2012 (or similar years). Thanks in advance for anyone who can help!

I can’t help with a chart, but I remember mileage redemption with LH to S. Africa and the US was:
Y – 50,000
C – 100,000
F – 150,000
