Have BA cancelled their Brazil routes..?

    I ask I was doing a search on ba.com and when inserting GRU or GIG after it had asked for the city 3 letters, it said “we do not recognise” the destination. Even when I inserted Sao Paulo or Rio it came up with the same..

    This may be an IT issue, and which if it is is very frustrating and inconvenient… and frankly not good enough.

    I’m having no problem searching GRU/GIG on BA.com.

    May have been a very temporary blip.

    Thanks RF..I guessed it was a glitch but tried many times over 45 minutes from my mobile, as well as a friend of mine who I was with who also had the same problem.

    It was enough to go “Gru..”
