Just got an e-mail that my voucher has been converted to e-voucher to use with online booking – no need to call and wait. We should be thankful for small mercies at a time like this ! I feel sure there will those less accepting, but I for one am happy for the news!

The only think I find surprising in 2021 is that it wasn’t issued as an evoucher to start with.
