Due the appalling state Southern and Thameslink trains with delays and cancellations on the London to Gatwick “services”, Gatwick Express are now accepting all tickets whatever price paid. So for the next 3 months no need to buy the expensive ticket for the Gat Exp!

Nothing is currently posted on Gatwickexpress.com although when I checked Thameslinkrailway.com the information is displayed but you have to search under “Ticket acceptance arrangements.”

And it’s the same for Southernrailway.com
