    Flew from Kirkwall to Inverness.

When I boarded this flight I walked up to the aircraft and walked up the 4 or 5 steps onto the plane and was greeted by a woman dressed in a red dress.

She looked at my ticket and showed me my seat.

    Take Off.
I was sat in my seat and the cabin crew went through the safety instructions.

During the flight we were served a choice between Tea, Coffee, Orange or Apple Juice and Water with a biscuit such as a caramel wafer or twix.

We hadn’t had much time to have a drink as we had started our descent into Inverness and the cabin crew hadn’t even finished serving everyone.

The seats were leather and the only entertainment was flybe’s magazine “Flybe Uncovered” and “Flybe Uncovered Business”.

The Plane is loud but you would expect that from such an old aircraft.

Overall I am happy with the service.
