Does anyone have any experience of travelling with Fly540, the Kenyan LCC?
I flew them from Lamu into Wilson a few years ago. They were perfectly fine. ATR was quite new, clean and comfortable, attention paid to safety which was my main concern. IIRC, we were given some juice and a cake/pastry. We were spot on time, too, which was ideal as we had an evening departure from NBO.
Funnily enough I just arrived in Kenya today and we parked up next to one of their planes.
They have a decent reputation and seem to be opening up domestic and regional routes that wouldn’t have been on the map a few years ago.
Openfly is right, they are linked to Fastjet who bought Lonrho’s shares.
