And the inevitable dig by Wee Willie against Heathrow. Quite justified but where BA is concerned a bit like pot and kettle.

Has a dig at Heathrow Airport but takes no responsibility for BA for letting go so many of its staff creating the problems they are currently having too.

Walsh never took responsibility for anything and he clearly still doesn’t pay for flights as the costs have soared already. Simply out of touch!

Forgive me for asking but if Walsh is so bad then how has he managed to stay in a C-level position for over 20 years? 5 years at Air Lingus, BA for 6 years and 10 at IAG. He has also been successful in now being the Director General of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Seriously if the guy was such a failure how has he achieved so much not been voted off the board by his own company or shareholders? This guy started at the bottom as a pilot.

The article by the BBC as always is very poor and with their general left wing stance have not challenged him on why he stood by his actions of letting staff go or just left out his response.
