I must say that I find some of the food to be quite gas inducing. The fillet with spinach on BA Club is an old faithful.

I always find ‘better out than in’ to be the motto.

Why does this thread show up every time I’m about to start my meal?

In recent weeks I have found acidophilus tablets do the trick nicely!

Eat healthier, you wont need to rely on drugs or medication.

Thinking about skywards idea of removing the offender to the back of the plane maybe that could be a selling point – kids play area, personal wind area, snorers, etc They could have 3 or 4 air and sound proof pods instead of the rear 5 or 6 rows. The boarding card could use pictograms to specify which area you went to though how you would test for qualification (apart from the kids) could be problematic and may necessitate use of those spare gas masks.

Typical, just started lunch and this thread re-appears!

Giggles from kids around whom the air is seldom pure and seem to delight in waiting till we get in the car. However, older brains has just learnt at school that the change in cabin pressure due to pressurisation means that in everyone spare air gets squeezed out of the body.

It’s where it comes out that’s the problem!!!
