Is the girl with the Martini bottle wearing the new BA FA uniform ?
Will we get served in this manner?
When is the first long haul flight with this service ?
    When can I book ?

Travellator – you are very sexist, some may have thought otherwise and wished for a “he”, the hunk, irrespective of any uniform!! In this PC world, one has to account for all tastes…………………

you are assuming off course that the desire is for the hunk to wear the uniform…………………(oh dear………….a downward spiral!)

A footnote to this is that BA appear to have loaded into GDS the latest route planning for the 77W and therefore the new WT+/WT cabin.

Not sure if VintageKrug was part of the same party, but we had a crowd of ‘enthusiasts’ invited to our Cardiff maintainance hangar on Tuesday?

They were with us for about two hours. Can’t attest to whether they were high valued customers, but the majority of them certainly looked as though they’d seen plenty of plane food.

    * I had originally deleted my post – I thought it may have been wise to get it vetted before doing so given the topic. So, the question still stands 🙂

    ********SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT RE VINTAGEKRUG’S IDENTITY*********

In a press release issued today, it has been revealed that VintageKrug is in fact the Chairman, CEO, Managing Director, CFO, CIO, COO of regional heavyweight Royal Yangon International Airways, who are set to team up with El Al to form a new global alliance ‘ElSkyYakAllianceWorldAl’ which coincidentally, in both Hebrew and Yangonese, means ’emergency decompression’.

Mr Krug, who also mans the desk at the Royal Yangon Executive Lounge on the weekends as well as being Acting Head Cook for Yangon Catering, has just announced a Joint Services Agreement between Yangon Airways and British Airways on the famous LHR to Yangon “Drunken Yak” route. The route will be served by BA’s 777-300ER on Mondays/Wednesdays and Saturdays with Yangon’s Tupolevs serving the remaining days of the week.

It’s the start of something big.

I had better get back to peeling the Alu Tama for the evening departure to Yangon! They take ages to cook, and we’ve been having trouble with the ovens since Flossy’s had an accident near the electrical cabling last week.
