I haven’t been on the Finnair A350 but a colleague who has told me that the seat is a reduced function version of the standard, it’s shorter and the pitch is tighter than when used by CX, AF or QR so it might be something to bear in mind for the future, it looks the same but apparently falls short of expectation.
QR service is definitely being trimmed but it’s still one of the best and I suspect light years ahead of Finnair.
