I flew from HEL to LHR on a code share with BA. Although I got a superb seat in 9F (there is no-one in front, bliss) the rest of the service is very poor compared to BA.

The food was odd – cold pasta and one has to pay for alcoholic drinks, which were so expensive that I didn’t bother (for those who know me, that means they really were expensive!).

The hand luggage allowance is very meagre compared to BA and were it not for the fact that I have One World status, quite useless. Avoid if you can and fly in BA metal.
