    Was on 18.12 from Gare Du Nord today

    3 empty seats in my (business) carriage. train declared fully booked lots of stranded folk in France

    Forget the peerless customer service and get bums on seats people!

    Sabre was in meltdown earlier today, you cannot book even though it says there is availability – get to the booking stage and it falls over.
