Train operator Eurostar has been criticised for its decision not to restore complimentary wi-fi to standard class passengers.

Eurostar is one of a growing number of transport providers who appear to be using Covid-19 as an excuse to either reduce or make changes to the product on offer.

As we reported last week the train firm is introducing a fee for Club Eurostar redemptions.

Some readers may feel the £32 fee is not excessive but when Eurostar has one of its many seat sales it has previously priced tickets from £29 one-way (£58 return).
