For the fifth day in a row, Eurostar passengers are facing disruption and delays to their journeys.

Delays are running at around 90 minutes (for what can be normally a two hour journey) and several trains are being cancelled tomorrow (Friday).

More and more passengers are using Eurostar to travel deeper into mainland Europe. So many connections are going to be lost.

So today’s tale of woe is overhead wire problems.

    What a shower.

Just to inform you that Eurostar continues to experience delays of around 60 minutes today. Four trains have been cancelled (two trains in either direction).

Eurostar’s website is currently out of action at the time of writing (13.45hrs UK time) but the train operator is advising passengers via Twitter that it expects delays of 60 minutes again tomorrow (Saturday).
