    I was a big fan of Etihad until half an hour ago. Their service in the air is excellent but their after Sales Service is really, really bad. A disaster…

    I wanted to book a flight with miles but I had some questions so I wrote them a mail explaining them at what price I wanted to book and with how many miles and everything… I got a decent answer only one week ago after many calls and mails with different persons… When I got the answer of course the price of the flight went up, I had to pay 30.000 miles more… so I claimed the 30.000 miles to Etihad because I lost them because of their late information… and to my big surprise I got a negative response! I really cannot believe it! I am very dissapointed because I was a big admirer of Etihad.
