We were flying Dublin/Abi Dhabi/Phuket return. Ethiad staff very nice and mannerly, Air Berlin was a shocking experience.

Seats had enough room, except we couldn’t put our seat back and the lady in front came right back into our space even when eating she wasn’t asked to put her seat in the upright all the way. Films were fine, sound was good, food was normal plane food, drink was handed out and plenty of water during the flight. Only problem with Ethiad is that they teamed up with Air Berlin, very dissapointing to be let down on the second flight.

Service was very good, people were moved around the plane to accommodate them, in giving them extra seats, one woman had 3 people moved so she could sleep across the seats and she was only 4ft6, lots of taller people could have been moved to give them a bit of extra leg room. It is the same old story the quite people get over looked and the moaners get rewarded. That’s life. Ethiad we will deffo fly again with you, but never ever Air Berlin!!
