Escape Lounge Manchester liars avoid

    Recently went to this lounge with priority pass. Both the customers in front and myself were told we couldnt use the card as it was too busy and use was subject to availability! In fact there were over 60 seats available. When I queried that there were over 60 seats free and thier statement was not correct, I was told to take it up with the card issuer, shouted at in public and told to leave otherwise security would be called!!! These guys are liars!!! There was plenty of space, And the vip priority pass clearly is a waste of space! Dont fly to manchester and use the escape lounge.
