Thanks Martyn, that was very helpfl and interesting. We were thinking of using them on the JNB run via CAI to Milan but perhaps we’ll also wait for a few more positive reviews.
Having done some work for Egyptair, I would not set foot on one of their planes if it could be avoided. The problem is, as others have pointed out, the attitude of management to those lower down in the ranks. A fish rots from the head downwards.
However good the ‘product’ may be, if the service does not match then I would steer well clear.
Martyn, thanks for that very good update on the completion of your round trip. Your report pretty much concurs with what I had previously heard. I will stay away from them until the security and staff attitude has improved.
