    Hilton
As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
    • Our hotel teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
    • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
    • We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
    • We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers.
We have activated our regional and global response teams to provide around-the-clock assistance to our hotels and are prepared to act swiftly should we be alerted to a case of coronavirus at one of our properties.

    IHG
All of our hotels are required to adhere to comprehensive health and safety procedures including all local laws. In addition, we provide our hotels with best practices and guidelines and have supplemented these resources with additional COVID-19 cleanliness-specific guidance, training and information consistent with our own high standards.

    Millennium Hotels & Resorts

Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) Singapore has announced their new initiative – We clean. We care. We welcome. The initiative highlights the brand’s dedication to the health and safety of its guests and employees; and commitment to providing the best of services and experiences across its Singapore hotels.
As part of its initiative, MHR has established comprehensive preventative measures including rigorous cleaning and sanitisation of guest rooms and regular sanitisation of contact points such as elevator buttons, reception counters and conference and meeting rooms. Front desks are also well-equipped with hand sanitisers and infrared thermometers to facilitate regular temperature checks. Medical masks and gloves are also provided to guests and hotel staff when required.

    Rotana Hotels and Resorts

Given the intense focus on steps being taken by organisations – including hospitality firms – to halt the spread of the virus, we would like to reassure our guests that Rotana has implemented very early the industry’s most stringent health and safety policies, with strict practices and procedures in place designed to protect our guests, staff and partners at all times.
We operate in accordance with the highest international standards and in collaboration with the local health authorities, and we will continue to follow the directives of both, implementing changes when necessary.
Our team members, including all hotel staff, have been fully briefed about the specific protocols to follow in relation to this virus. We are fully prepared with both preventative and responsive measures, in line with the World Health Organisation guidelines. Please feel free to chat to our hotel teams during your visit.
    We’ve seriously stepped up sanitisation
Rotana already has rigorous cleaning procedures in place, but given the latest medical findings that COVID-19 is primarily transmitted by touch, we have significantly stepped-up surface cleaning measures. We are sanitising surfaces more frequently using specialised products tested effective against the virus and have installed hand sanitisers in all of our public areas for you and our colleagues to access for frequent use. Rotana also continues to wash all linen at high temperatures for optimal disinfection.
All of these measures are designed to safeguard your health and wellbeing and ensure that you feel at ease when visiting one of our hotels.
