Thats what you get for flying BA – one of the worst airlines amoung the major carriers. I have flown their business class on two long haul routes (not out of choice but because I had to be re-routed) – the layout is terrible, and the flight attendants don’t seem to know how to be warm and friendly – and come across as snooty and judgemental. The food, consist with the English reputation, is pretty poor all-round. BA acts (as you say) like they are doing you a favor by transporting you from A to B – and the travel experience is just not very pleasant.
