DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE! They decided to cancel a scheduled route from Athens to Heraklion – OK this can happen (particularly when almost in liquidation ) BUT did they offer an alternative ? NO, they just asked me to ring Cyprus from the UK to confirm the message.

I rebooked on Olympic immediately upon advice of the cancellation at a slightly higher rate but Cyprus Air were not even interested in considering a reimbursement of the difference and belatedly paid a basic refund back to my credit card. They just don’t care (or have the finance) to look after their customers.
