Following both Crew and Passenger feedback, the plan to remove the chocolates in First has been stopped.

Starting tomorrow, 14th, chocolates will once again be loaded in full on First flights departing both LGW and LHR.

There will be a change in brand, and for the next couple of weeks, there may be variations in brand being loaded, till the final brand decision is made.

Probably more motivated by the crew getting upset they were losing the chocs to snaffle themselves, but nonetheless a welcome reprieve.

I had all three canapes in F last week, though chocs *were* absent.

Full meal service has been maintained on Scottish flights this week, so maybe the reduction in food (but the continuation of a free full bar and tea service) after 10am may not be fully implemented….

A BA in flight meal EDI-LHR from 2006, but typical of current afternoon/evening service in my experience (30 flights in past six months):
