superchrisParticipantLytham – would be interested to know what your one way drop off charges are from Lancashire to China?
Johnnymarch – are you serious? Hiring a car in China? Have you seen the quality of the driving in that country? In a taxi in Shanghai recently, I fell asleep and int he split second I woke up I genuinely thought i was playing a computer game. The speed cameras clearly were not working as they went off every 50 meters or so like strobe lighting, achieving the only benefit of virtually blinding drivers.
Get a car with driver. Ensure they seat belts are fitted and working, and cross your fingers. Good luck!
