Cathay to announce increased passenger baggage allowance for all classes with Premium economy also to increase by 30% to 46kg and first to 64kg The new standard business class allowance will be 64kg with most classes of Economy increased to 30kg allowance. These must be close to the best across the board allowances by any major carrier.

I presume that will mean that allowance split across 2/3 or more bags as I believe the maximum weight for any one bag is 32kgs.
