My transit was smooth, no issues. 2 different PNRs on same alliance are ok but watch the timing. We did try to do it on a QR inbound then CX to SGN but at 1 hour transit they would not allow it. however if was CX in and CX out 1 hour was ok. I have not tried to go landside to get bags and recheck if on different alliances

watch the timing on transit though if not coming in on CX, the transit security line was huge and looking at 45 mins to get through without CX staff escort taking me to the front. This does depend on time of day as on my return there was no wait to get through.

If you do not have lounge access food options are limited to the noodle bar and O’learys at gate 41 and a coffee shop near 26

    Steve,
Thanks for that update. Think CX at KUL will interline onto QR for us, as sapphire. On biz all sectors also, so hope transit will work. We now have an extra 20 mins as qr are 20 mins late departing. It gives us transit time of 1 hr 50 mins. We might even get into the lounge, but not bothered as qr feed us really well.
If we find ourselves backing up, good advice there, to get called forward in the queue. EI used to do that at Dublin years ago. Works well. Glad you got there.
