Travelled on BA to Athens in April on 767 aircraft.
I was totally shocked travelling on this flight. From boarding the aircraft the welcome was non existent from the over aged and unkempt cabin crew (tbh I thought they were doing a 'comic relief sketch'). The crew didn't seem to take pride in their appearance nor on the service they were providing to any passenger.
Seating was basic and the in flight service was very poor.
Drinks service was rushed and then the 'meal' was inedible.
I appreciate I travelled Euro Traveller but I have experienced far superior service and meals from charter airlines. If this is the standard BA has dropped to I for one will not travel with them again

I could have written a very similar report for my trip to Athens last year, except my meal wasn’t too bad, albeit I was travelling in CE cabin, on a reward ticket. At least the flight was on time which is not always the case with the B767s.

Read my review about the same flight 4 years ago.
    Looks like nothing has changed.
    Shocking.
