booking via BA website to use Avios for Avis car rental

    hello, i have been trying to book an avis car using avis on the ba website but the last stage of the process is broken following the payment. BA use an outside company / website to transfer the booking from BA to Avis and that part is broken. On calling the exec club, they use the same system and its been down for a week now. Anyone know who I can log a call with or what the company is who runs the website as I am unable to make a booking thanks
