British Airways – bloody awful (customer service) again

    At the height of the pandemic, I was stuck in New Zealand holding the return portion of a BA ticket, through several cancellations I was offered a voucher for later redemption.

    Several canned attempts later I was booked on (and flew) the return leg and was told, or is that promised, at the time there was X quid left on the voucher (there were many cancelations of one leg without rebooking of all legs (I’d have arrived a day late for a connecting flight) that necessitated 5am calls to BA.

    Now our wonderful flag carrier won’t honour these promises, and I have no voucher (on top of that they have ignored my complaint, short of passing it on to a silent department)

    Any offer similar experiences?
