Having gone through with all makes of travel goods in my travel life, I am now a fan of Rimowa, not the shinny ones from VK’s photos as the ads looked like aiming customers from certain countries in the Gulf or Indian sub-continent!!!!!
I have just discarded my 10-year old trusted Rimowa Classic. Too battered and damaged for more repairs but still commands attentions!
I prefer the classic although I do have a set of the newer 4-wheels cases. (design stolen from the Japanese suitcase makers).
My set of LV travel goods is only for train or car travel in Europe and never as checked in baggage!
