I have been trying to contact EC urgently all morning, I must speak with them today to make some changes, but cannot get anyone to answer the phone. using the silver line 0800 408 0009, anyone got another number? i tried going through bookings as a back door but they just tranfered me to another 45 min wait before i gave up.

tried the options, still could not get through. Gold tranfered me to the silver number..where I was on hold another 35 mins before giving up the will to live. finally got through around 4pm..
