Some of you may already be aware of this news …

When I checked Ba.com just now I see BA is scheduling one of its A380s to DOH between November 18 and January 8, 2023.

Flights are open for booking.

Schedules are:

BA 123 London LHR-Doha 2120-0705 (following day)
BA 122 Doha-London LHR 1530-1950

I hope the service proves to be more reliable than other BA A380 services in recent months.

So in direct competition with Qatar’s A380s? I hope BA price their tickets siugnificantly lower. I flew Qatar earlier this year on that route and their service was on a different planet to BA’s.

It’s the World Cup – BA will fill the 380, regardless of price and regardless of service.

As for the A380’s prices with BA.

I checked numerous dates in November and early December with fares varying from day to day.

It’s a confusing picture as economy costs more on some days but not on others and it’s the same with premium fares.

It’s replacing a Qatar flight. I was booked on the QR flight, and have now been moved to BA on the 380 unfortunatelly.
