British Airways is launching two new routes to Faro and Malaga in June and adding frequency to Nice, Palma and Ibiza.

Faro will be served four-times weekly:

    – starting on June 7 and the three times a week flights to Malaga start on June 8:

Both routes will operate year round.

Nice service will go double daily flights from May until September, and from July to September both Palma and Ibiza will be increased from four to ten a week.

Flights will use a mix of Embraer 170 and 190 aircraft.

    These are from LCY.

BA are abandoning the VERY popular route from LHR after many years of service and reinstating flights from LGW that they stopped a couple of years ago due to competition from EasyJ AerL Monarch etc.

Their LHR flight is immensely popular.

This means that LHR/AGP is NOT served at all.

So NO connections to the rest of the world from AGP via LHR – shame on you BA !
