Could someone kindly summarise the BA Gold Tier booking advantages for me?

Two of the best advantages are free changes/cancellations with Avios bookings and entry to the F lounge even when travelling in Economy.

The Executive Club site stores your personal details, credit card, etc.

I have found my Gold card allows me to select seats immediately after booking using Avios. This includes the forward rows of seats on UK Domestic flights.

Also, your boarding pass will reflect Gold status for Fast Track security, Lounge access.

No doubt there are other benefits which I have not thought of. Hopefully other posters can fill the blanks.

Gold tier also gets a greater allocation of Avios seats – but only in economy class. If you have a household account with other members of your family, if you book tickets for them (but not you) but do it through your Gold card account, you get some of the Gold benefits – extra Avios allocation, free changes/cancellations on Avios bookings
