The Cathay Pacific job takes about 3 minutes to complete.
They send me one after each flight and I almost always complete it.
It seems that someone or something reads it as a couple of months ago I had a poor experience flying home from Bangkok (cabin too hot – had to ask 3 times before it was changed to the CX defalt 22-23 degrees / IFE problem / partially broken seat) two weeks later they sent me 20,000 air points to compensate for the poor experience.
