What a coincidence! This morning I used my last Avios on two flights – one to Florida and one to Frankfurt.
I should keep pushing but decided not to a few days ago. No, I have already put this very minor blip behind me.
I was almost correct in my predicted refund: €37.77 plus £62 (they obviously can’t divide 138 by 2).
I didn’t even receive a reply from the e-mail contact Pat gave me.
I will continue to fly BA, but only on super mega cheap HBO fares!! between LUX and LHR because there is no competition on the route.

Ironic that I stand up for the right of ?? to post his opinions yet I have shot down his airline of choice. I stand by the former but I have decided to give BA a wide berth. Anyway it has been on the cards for a long time.
