BA Customer Service are there to simply fob people off. I wrote to them requesting details of how BA was handling its newish flight from New Orleans to London for Business Class passengers given the departure from American’s domestic terminal, no lounge and limited other facilities and seating (I know the terminal well). Their response was to tell me to make contact with American Airlines. Since it is a BA flight surely they should be doing such legwork? I have two other cases that I’m about to go legal on because they simply don’t care!

Never mind, you can access lounge information via ba.com.

Oh wait ………………… the site’s been down for hours 🙁

Yep, certainly seems that way to me.
A standard ‘cut and paste’ response every time in my experience – even if you are, like me, quote – “One of our most loyal customers”
