An update to the British Airways Android App has just been sent live:

– which now offers passengers on eligible flights the opportunity to download a mobile boarding pass to their Android-operated smartphone.

The update brings the Android App into line with the iPhone and BlackBerry Apps which have trialled mBP functionality in recent months.

The App, which is linked to passengers’ Executive Club accounts, also allows access to details of the passenger’s next flight, all future flight bookings and also Tier Points and BA Miles.
