    Recently I flew London\KL\HongKong return in business class,few days after returning to london,i check my avois points to see if they have been added to my account,realise they have only added part of my journey,i.e. departure,so i ask BA exec.and Malaysia airline,they said on their record it shows I have not flown ,but i told them i have flown back and have kept my boarding pass to prove it,ask them to add my missing tier\avois points,they said they will check,this is a month ago and they are still no result… who is careless here…..but i am not giving up,….getting quite annoy though….


    If you need to retro claim, the best way to do this is by providing all the information using the online form:

    You’ll need to sign in to your exec club account.

    Once completed, wait a couple of weeks and if the miles are not credited then call up your local BAEC callcentre.
