    Afternoon

    For those who may be booking this weekend you may wish to note the below

    “Due to the migration, our system, reservation centre and website will be down on November 16th at 13:00(GMT), for approximately 24 hours. We expect the system to be fully operational by November 17th, 12:00(GMT).

    While we understand the hindrance this may cause, all customers and agents will not be able to browse our website, manage reservations, refund tickets, arrange seat assignments, request special meal services, etc., during this time”

    I guess this will affect users worldwide
