Looking at options to fly back to Europe, my TA here told me Alitalia will start Rome – JNB next week.
Not sure why they should start now as they’ve missed the big summer season but I imaging there are still plenty of swallows coming down and more Italians are coming to visit SA so maybe it will work for them.

There are some very competitive Business and Economy fares from here.
