    I THINK WHEN YOU DOWNGRADE TWO PASSENGERS TO ECONOMY WHO HAVE TWO PREMIUM ECONOMY TICKETS FOR THEIR 35th ANNiVERSARY….YOU SHOULD CONTACT THEM IMMEDIATELY,
    COMPENSATE THEM, AND DO SOMETHING TO MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE YOU WANT TO KEEP THEM AS LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
