    Boarding was not on time, and a rush at the gate with rude gate agents. it seems everyone at Air Canada has status so the lineup for priority boarding was longer than economy.

    The in flight entertainment was useless broken down system, with very little content. How can any airline think this narrow excuse for a business class seat is acceptable. the seat is horrible in a lay flat position with so many sections and my friend said it is the narrowest lay flat business class seat of any airline.

    The crew was friendly and helpful however even they have given up getting the entertainment system working. Food was good for a North American airline, poor by any other standards.
