    My first time in Air Asia (SG-KL-SG) was if I have to rate, a good and memorable one. It was very stressful arriving at the airport 30mins before the flight that time, good thing I already checked-in online and I didn’t have any check-in luggage.

    The airline crew probably saw me and she instantly knew what to do – she assisted me and walked me through the boarding gate, she was very friendly and accommodating. And inside the aircraft, the attendants were also very hospitable that I immediately composed myself and became comfortable. During the short flight, an hour approximately, all the crew were very approachable and assisting to everyone in need. There was one tall, long-legged man who they transferred seat to the front row so he would feel relaxed and comfy. The low airfare cost does not commensurate the high quality of services they provide.
